Re: Omega Deville Prestige Chronograph

Same movement as the Speedy Pro. Looks very similar to vintage Seamaster Chrono's. They don't make them in gold anymore. When I find a used one, I plan to snap it up.

A very elegant chrono, I like the Deville's looks even more than the Zenith Chronomaster. The Deville offers the same basic simplicity as the Speedy Pro itself. As a dress watch you may only wear occasionally, the lack of a date function and manual wind movement actually work in your favor. Just pick it up, wind it, set the time. You don't have to worry about setting the date or whether your on AM or PM. When you're done, throw it in the drawer and repeat the process next time.

I like this watch. I hear it doesn't have luminous hands or markers, though, (I'm not certain). You may want to check on this and think about whether that aspect is okay with you before you buy one.
