I love good service! I took my watch to the local (authorized) dealer that I bought my watch from this morning. After looking at my SMP, she (the manager) immediately said "Would you like me to order you a new one?". She was very pleasant & gave me no resistance whatsoever. My new SMP should arrive in 10 days. This is is one of the main reasons I like to deal with people face to face. She gave me a good price to begin with. She is authorized dealer. She backs up her product.
