Comparison 2531.80 vs 2254.50 ?

Newbe here.

Thanks for all those who contribute to this page. I have learned a lot.

Special thanks to Derek for providing this forum.

I am considering the Omega SMP. Can't make up my mind between the Bond 2531.80 or the newer black dial black bezel 2254.50. I read that 2054.50 is the number used in USA.

Is there an advantage one has over the other?

I noticed it is possible to have a different type of bracelet. Is there any differents in the durability or comfort between the two bracelets?

Your comments would be greatly appreciated
Ernie
