Obviously, his dealer treated him very badly. That was intolerable. But if you read through to page three of his site, you see that despite all his whining and bitching, once Omega headquarters found out about the incedent, they took care of him and made sure the dealer refunded all of his money for the repair.

And despite all his claims, the author of that site completely fails to offer any proof that Omega makes products of less than high caliber.

The large number of watch owners I have heard from report that Omega watches have been far better than average in durability and reliability!

So don't take the ravings of one unhappy customer as anything more than just that--one unhappy customer.
