LuxurySquare Nightmare!!!!

Just sent this to luxurysquare.nightmare

I ordered a watch from LuxurySquare.com as a Valentine's present for sweetie. It arrived on February 5 and it was not working. I called and was told to fill out an online return order and wait for a return authorization. I informed the service rep that this was a Valentine's Day present and the clock was ticking...no problem they said. On Feb. 7, I received my return number and called to get a pick up of the watch. (you advised that a replacement could not be sent until the original was returned). The "distribution manager assured me the watch would be picked up by Friday (2/9). It was not picked up on Friday, so on Saturday, I order another watch to receive it by today (Wed. Valentines Day). Well, the first watch is still sitting on my porch to be picked up, "any day now." Your rep just informed me that the second watch "would not be available to be shipped for at least ten days." You did apologize and offer me a whopping 3% discount on both watches. Again, you declined to ship the first watch until the second watch was back in your distribution center. Your supervisor was too busy to talk to me. Ruby was very patient and polite but she was very limited in what she could do. Obviously, you do not want my business. OH, well. I told Ruby to cancel both orders and I am still waiting for you to pick up (via UPS) the first defective watch. I know, I should have paid the few extra bucks for the quality and service of Ashford. Live and learn.

For the record , in the past five months I have purchased 5 watches from Ashord. ( An Omega Seamaster, An Omega glass back Speedmaster Moon Watch, An Omega Constellation, and two Citizen watches). The watches and the service were great. I did exchange one and the experience was fast and hassle free. This time, I decided to try LuxurySquare since you did offer the best price on both the Swiss Army and Luminox that I wanted. WOW, what a mistake I made. I tried to save a few dollars and got a defective watch, ordered another watch five days ago, which still has not left the building and I have a lot of explaining to do this Valentine's Day. LuxurySquare you really let me down. What good does it do to offer the lowest price when your service is beyond horrible and you can't deliver on your promises? My business will stay with Ashford.com from now on.
