I'm not sure. He says that before the repair it was off 20 to 30 per day.

Then he says a week after Omega returned the watch, it was still off by 20 to 30 seconds. He did not say whether that was per day, or over the course of the week.

If it is per day, it sounds like no one worked on the watch at all. If it is over the course of the entire week, he is within COSC specs.
