Seamaster 120

Dear Guys,

I have a Seamaster 120 (2311.21.00) and have e-mailed Omega about it giving them the seial number. I am still waiting for the reply from them it's been over 8 days. Is this unusal to wait this long for a reply???

Anyway the watch from a local jeweller who is not an authorised dealer it has the red dot and was in the box with papers and white cartonage. My question is that the bracelet is steel on steel and not the steel on gold that is shown on the Omega website.

Any clues as to the reasoning why this is so??

When will Omega reply to my request about my SM.

Thanks guys great website.
