I am looking for a watch for my wife who travels often. The perfect watch would be a small version of the Seamaster GMT. Not only does that watch not exist but in all of my research I have found only ONE multi-timezone woman's watch - the Patek Traveler. The Patek, however, is manual, only water resistant to 25m, and costs $20k+.
Are there any other woman's multi-zone watches out there? How about midsize watches that would look OK on a lady? Are only rich women expected to travel?
