Embarrassd to confess......

That the other day I saw the first time in my life a Submariner at a close range.
It was laid in a showcase right next to a SMP, both SS black dial. I was amazed to find how much they differ from each other. The Rolex seemed to look like a plain watch as the same as many other diver's watches of many non luxury brands. No single detail could be found to distinguish it from them (at least to a non expert like myself). In comparison to the Rolex the SMP really looked like a royal piece. The nice lines of the SMP, the beveled legs, the unique bezel's shape and other more details just make it look different and noble. One may say that I'm not objective for making such a comparison, which would definitely be true, but who cares. I'd let the Rolexians being cared.
