I've noticed that the printing on my friend's new Seamaster Bond's clasp is slightly different from mine. The word "Omega" and its logo seem a bit thicker compared to mine. He bought it from a grey market and is quite worried if the thing is real or not. It came with somewhat old box and "seamaster chronograph" manual which are weird. But the watch looks real enough. I compared his Seamaster with mine side by side and the only difference is the printing on the clasp.
He checked the serial no. with Omega Swiss and our beloved Maria replied that the watch was shipped to Finland in March. I bought my Seamaster in Feb, it was shipped from Swiss in Jan. Could there possibly be different clasp printings like different fonts size and shape on the dials of Speedmasters?
If my memory serves me well, earlier Seamaster Bond's bracelets were produced in France, right? The ones which were problematic.
THX in advance!
