Outside of the warranty period, Omega does not care--you are paying for the repair. So no proof of purchase or warranty is needed for out of warranty repairs.

For in-warranty repairs, it should still be no problem. The warranty is not assigned to a specific person. A properly filled in warranty card (with serial number, date of purchase, and authorized dealer stamp) is all you need.

Though if the warranty card is not completely filled out, you may need a copy of the first owner's sales receipt as proof of the date of original sale and as verification that the watch was bought at an authorized dealer.
