They have separate part numbers because the clasp should last you a lifetime, but the rubber straps--like most all straps--are expected to wear out and be reordered separately as replacements.

The use of the term 'foldover clasp' is a typo there. The part number shown is the correct one for the clasp with the diving extension. The blue ridged strap will only work with this specific clasp.
