Try putting in one of the half-size links in the bracelet. They should have come with the watch, but you can also order them if you don't have any.
If you are wearing a factory new watch, you need to let the gears settle in for a few months. A good Omega dealer will be able to regulate the watch to be more accurate than -3 seconds.
