Ashford's future is uncertain...

Had a decent experience with them buying two non-Omega watches. One had to be returned as defective and they were nice, but somewhat slow in resolving the problem.

The largest risk with them is their financial stability. They are a public company and are very close to being dropped off the NASDAQ stock exchange on July 9 because their share price has been under the NASDAQ minimum of $1 for way too long. Being dropped like that could severely hurt them--it has caused many companies to go under.

So while they may be one of the best reputed Internet dealers, there is significant uncertainty over whether they will still be around for another two years to honor their gray market warranty on the Omega watches they have sold.
