Have heard of a few issues with the glowin material on the new style dials. They have such large glowing marker areas that any inconsistencies are much more obvious than they are on most other watches.

That means you have your bracelet adjusted way too tight! You need to add at least a half-link back (or add one full link and remove on half-link). Once you get your bracelet adjusted correctly, you won't ever notice that again.
