120M running slow?

I bought a 120M auto chronometer about 4 months ago. When I first had it, it ran easily within COSC spec's. However, I've noticed in the last week or so that the watch is running about 10-12 seconds slow per day. I wear it about 12 hours/day, and rest in on the dresser at night.

I've checked the timing in the crown up and 12 up positions overnight. I'll check the other orientations over the next week or so.

Is this something minor that an adjustment by a local watchmaker would fix, or does it point to something more significant? Should I send it back to the gray-market dealer for their warranty service, or wait several more weeks to see if it settles in?

I appreciate your help.
