Have the auto SMP cleaned and serviced every 4-6 years. Sooner only if you notice performance degredation.

For both watches, if you are around water much and want to rely on the watch's water resistance, have the water resistance checked every 1-2 years.

Use the CONTACT form on Omega's site to request the date of manufacture of your watches. You'll need to include the serial numbers.

For the quartz Constellation, if the date of manufacture was over two years ago, consider taking it in for an in-warranty battery change shortly before the warranty runs out.
