Hard to answer your question when you haven't given us any idea what is wrong with the watch.
Might be a simple repair that a local watchmaker can handle. Might be unfixable by anybody, even the Swiss HQ.
Without any concrete info as to why you think it needs to be fixed, all we can do is give you wild guesses.
