New America's Cup from Shoping Channel

recently received my new America's Cup from Shop NBC, and it arrived with the serial number intact.
I emailed Omega to ask for a trace on the serial number abouta week ago but haven't got a reply yet.?! It arrived in a regular Red Seamaster Box, but the shipper re-shipped the correct Blue America's Cup presentation Box upon my request. The watch came with the warranty card but it wasn't signed or stamped. They included a three year warranty (not from Omega.) Don't think I'll use that...I'd rather PAY for Omega to fix it than let an unauthorized jeweler get his hands in it. Besides, they won't be able to get Omega parts! By the way, I ended up saving over $370.00 by not paying sales tax and the considering the discount. It cost me $1,900.00, the best price I could find from an authorized Omega dealer locally was $2,195.00 + $126.00 tax Thanks in advance for any feedback, also thanks to those who answered my previous posts.
