If you'll check out ofrei.com's webpage that you got that bracelet tool pic from, scroll down to the very bottom. There, they offer a tool, looks like Bergeon, that is specifically made for Omega bracelets. A little pricey at US $116.00, but should be purpose built for SMP and other Omegas. My jeweler did not use one of these tools, but was very patient and worked above and beyond the call of duty in getting my new SMP bracelet adjusted PERFECTLY; I showed him this link and he's buying one just because the Omega bracelets are so darn hard to get the pins out of :)
