Dear, OMEGA
I am writing to you in regards to my Seamaster divers chronograph model 2298.80
I have been the proud owner of for two months now and love the watch.
But last weekend wile I was out with my wife driving, we stopped at a small shop for her to run in and purchase something to drink.
Wile she ran in I sat out in our car, honestly just admiring my OMEGA.
When I noted a small speck, at first I thought it was on the crystal but after further investigation I realized it is on the dial face, a small piece of lint.
To say the very lest am devastated.
It is as I stated very small.
But knowing it is there; I see it every time I look at my watch.
I have not said any thing to my dealer as I feel it is not an issue for him solve.
It is an issue of quality control.
I under stand nothing I perfect, but also I feel an Omega should not have a piece of lint under the crystal.
The watch is still new to me, but the excitement of owning my first OMEGA is now some how distorted.
I love this watch (my first Omega) and now my options are to send it in to have a piece of lint removed that should not have been there in the first place. But I do not know want to do.
I am a very proud owner.
But this is a very unexpected and disappointing issue.
Please help with this problem.
Thank you,
Sincerely,
Roy Graham
