I've had similar phishing emails also.

But - just now I got another sort that kind of floored me....

I got a genuine eBay invoice eamil from a seller of an auction I had just won, with a note in it asking if I wanted to sell the item back to him for more than the auction price ?? I had already paid for it by PayPal from the My eBay site, before I had even seen the email. What's that about? Didn't set a high enough opening bid? It's not even a high-prced item that might have another off-eBay buyer in the wings. Strange.
