Can someone please explain these "changes", that are said to be part of the new system?
  • not being able to provide negative feedback

  • forcing to sell with zero shipping costs

  • forcing to pay via paypal

I have not spent much time on ebay lately. and have not bid on anything or won anything in at least two or three weeks, but I am not familiar with these changes. Are the changes explicit in the rules, or only they way things are tending to go with the listings, as a practical matter? How can there be no more negative feedback?
