Move to strike as nonresponsive. Actually, it's an interesting stopgap (preventing the "pull the cuff" conundrum), but doesn't solve the problem. But I fear that shirt-testing (no shirts were harmed in this test) is merely a depressing exercise in futility. Well-fit cuffs from my old, "thin-watch" days, are now mere reminders of my advancing years and expanding wrists, in proportion with everything else.

Sigh.
