It looked a really nice watch but I think it suffered from being the first actual watch after the helmet clocks (which were bought by the same bidder each time, at least most of them), some paraphernalia and the Sebring, and I don't think the bidding had really found its feet yet at that point. The hammer went down at £1700 and I didn't hear a "not sold" but maybe it was kept back as they're not showing a price on Bonham's site.
