These are replacement hands from Tag Heuer that they dont have the original hands anymore. The original hands has non syntetic colours that mostly they loose the colours with time. These has syntetic colours that holds the colour eveytime like new watch productions. The Tag Heuer never says that it is an fake hands that they are replacing them . When you send an watch for restauration to Tag Heuer .It is better when you call them and say them that you wanna have the original parts back and also ask of the replacement parts if they are made till 1985 or later versions .Because they should keep the parts until 1995 because of the Repair and restore contracts of old manufacture. The most important thing that when the collectors send Monacos to the Tag Heuer for restauration they should say that the case must be not polished between the lugs otherwise the workers polishing all the case also the between the lugs than you dont have anymore serialnumbers that were that time very lightly engraved and with years of wearing with stainless steel bracelets nothing to see.
