You raise a number of interesting points there Abel.
For my own part i see the potential in your new watch to call it a second execution 1163 GMT. The dial looks to be the same as the 1-24 bezel first series.
Your serial number seems to fall between those 1-24 bezel models which usually start with 205xxx & my 1163 production GMT even numbers & red flash minute register version that has a 247xxx serial number.

Further to this i missed out on an identical red flash GMT a while back that also had a 247xxx serial number.
Not in any way a conclusion but we do see the 1st execution 1-24 bezel models in a very tight 205xxx serial range and now i'm aware of 2 red flash GMT's in the 247xxx range clearly your case falls in between the ranges so potentially it could be the first attempt at a Cal.14 production run. This could go some way to explaining the colour variations in the hands. Interesting also to note that your bezel has no lume dot present at the 24.
