We corresponded before regarding a silver dialed 11630T.

I had been hunting for my first vintage El Primero for many months, so I am familiar with most of the early models.
My comment about some of the later 70s models, specifically the A781/782/783, is that they seem to work best on the metal bracelet.
If you do a Google search, there will be a few photos of the A781/782/783 on leather straps - they don't look quite as nice.
To a lesser extent, I suspect the TV also looks best on a bracelet, and much less so on a strap.

No such problems with the earlier models!!!
