what I find a bit scary is that this happened on an auction which only an OtD forum regular would know to be one where alot of guys are really keen to find that particular watch.
Otherwise to an outsider the auction was unexceptional.. in terms of price Monaco's have sold for more.
Maybe it's just a coincidence, or maybe it happens really often and no one says anything (hasn't happened to me in 1 year of very active bidding & buying)....maybe
