Sorry, I'm a bit late. My 2446C #1443** looks just like yours with the flutter pushers and white chromo second hand. I was also wondering if there were any overlap.
BTW I didn't know Tag services these vintage pieces.
Here's my 2446C
: My early version (serial #1447XX) has the smooth hands and
: white chrono seconds hand but also has fluted pushers. I bought
: this two years ago from the original owner's son and daughter so
: I can't be certain the pushers weren't changed during a service,
: however. But, maybe there was some overlap between fluted and
: smooth pushers(?)
