I was also confused about the picture in Arno's book (and subsequently in the Bonhams catalog), on which the pushers seem to be of the fluted type. But to be honest, I still assume it is just unfortunate reflections of the light on round pushers, rather than fluted pushers. It looks definitely different as your pushers.

On the Chronomatic.com website a 3647 T is pictured, which is described as being the actual real Haslinger-watch sold by Bonhams:

It clearly shows rounded pushers.

I also posted a question about a 7753 NT with fluted pushers (which was for sale on Chrono24 a few months ago) on this forum: The answer from Jeff Stein was that in his opinion there were no fluted pushers on the 60's Carreras at all.
