I looked at the Arno Haslinger watch again:

You can make the picture bigger and no doubt these are the fluted pushers.
Maybe Nic changed them after buying the watch but at Bonhams it was sold with the fluted.
Of course not a prove of how the watch was sold originally.
Maybe I should ask Nic and Arno.
