The tritium marking on the dial wasn't mandated everywhere when the Carrera was born, so that's no problem. Hands, dial and movement are all ok.
The offset "SWISS" is odd, but not the end of the world. Could be a spacer block was missed when assembling the cliché to print the dial or the wrongly justified "Swiss" block was used, but from the small photo it does look like it was done at the original printing.
