Just a word about emailing eBay. 99% of their answers are by robots. If you want to have any redress with them you need to speak on the phone or speak to their ligation specialists - there is one in every country. We had the Australian Government assist us with a complaint. Prior to speaking to them I had at least 40 emails. Many had nothing to do with the complaint. All signed by a first name and an initial for the surname. They did not admit to using robots but they also did not deny it.
