this guy has gotten fakes pulled, i've seen it with my own two eyes. this guy even admits that without his inside connection he could not get anything pulled either.

as far as ebay, you are right on the money when you say "they do not care." boils down to they don't have any idea what is being sold on their site or much interest in stopping it. they also have little regard for federal copyright laws. i know there are a half dozen illegal dvd (pirates)sellers constantly selling bootlegs and home made region 0 dvds all the time. most are located in the u.s.a.! if ebay ever does stop them, they just come back under a new name from the same region and selling the same illegal crap as before. believe me i'm not a fan of ebay's "dealing with bad sellers policies."
