Re: Titanium Tag Heuer Chrono Model 220.206: Spare Parts?

Hi Steve,

The answer is no. I eventually found someone to repair my watch, and quite a bit cheaper than the official Tag Heuer repair. Ok, you may say I am not going to get the same quality as Tag Heuer service. Time will tell. What was important to me was that this particular watch repairer had a brand new spare crown specifically for this watch model, and in addition, had a brand new dial as well. The watch will be repaired, serviced, and polished (the gold bit was a bit tarnished) with new gaskets, packing, crown and dial, and will be water resistant again (or should I say "shower-resistant"). Similiar to Tag Heuer service, this watch repairer did not have any new quartz movements, so the existing one is being refurbished.
