Clockwork Redux/coaches and watches
In Response To: Give youth a chance... ()

I dont have the data to prove it, but the right mix of youth and experience seems to portend for good things on the world stage. It seems that the Dutch may be a good blend this year--judging from the celebrations, there seems to be unity that I havent seen since the Clockwork days.

While were at it, most of the coaches seem to have some pretty heavy metal on their wrists. Too bad we never get a close up--it's too hard to ID the watches. Have any of our European contingent seen any good magazine shots? Any Heuers out there?

: Im looking ahead, with or without a new coach...

: Lets get in the youngsters, Rodwell, Gibbs, Johnson, Wilshere,
: Gosling, Moses, Hart in goal and i guess we can give Rooney
: another go.

: I;d rather suffer a few transitional years than stick with these
: players who have had 2-3 world cups and not "done it"
