Re: with the "flat" 12/6 and 30/15, I am suspicious

Me too suspicious, the two I own, where I know provenance have the sunken 15.
Next time in Munich will have a closer look.
I had the opportunity to talk to two former Heuer employees about the pvd Monaco.
Both said watches had trial run charakter, they found out that the black painting did not last to the case very long, hence no production.

Cheers

: with the "12" and "6" on the hour recorder
: in the same horizontal line as the other numerals, and the same
: for the "30" and "15" on the minute
: recorder, I am suspicious of this one. for a watch with such a
: limited production run, it's difficult to imagine that there
: were actually two executions (or two batches) of dials.

: with most of the previous fakes that have had these
: "flat" / inline numerals, we have had another
: "telltale" . . . a red numeral on the date disc or the
: wrong finish on the PVD. I don't see a second telltale here, but
: perhaps that's only because we are looking at such small photos.
