Re: Breitling's new Transocean looks similar to Top Time - P

That's a great looking Top Time, Darwin! I can see why you love it! I'll bet this is one Breitling Mark Moss might even like, too. No busy glitzy look, just simple, clean, and timeless beauty. I agree that the new Transocean has no similarity to the old Breitling Transoceans from the 60's and 70's. Strange that Breitling didn't use the name Top Time for the new issue instead of Transocean but perhaps there was a copywrite issue.

: Stephen,

: In my opinion the Trans-Ocean looks nothing like a Trans-Ocean, and
: not a bit, but a lot like a Top Time.
: It would be an awesome chronograph if it wasn't so big. I've tried
: one on a couple of times.

: Breitling claims to be making the best chronograph movement, but a
: sales lady at the Time Machine told me they've had quite a few
: of those back, after only a few days or weeks, with different
: problems.

: I am in love with this one:

: Breitling Top Time Ref. 2002

: Its reference number reminds me of my dad's good old 2002 tii.

: Regards

: Darwin
