I bought a Seamaster pro GMT a few years ago and wear it occasionally. Now I went to use it and while setting the time and date it appeared to be a bit stiff to wind and the hour hand will not pass 12 o'clock when it needs to change the date (midnight) It will do it if I wind normally with the minute hand but not when I use the hour quick change function. It will also not go past 12 when running. The hour hand just stays before 12.
This watch couldn't have been used for more than a week in total and needless to say I am very disappointed that it has a problem like this. I bought it off a reputable dealer (found here) and have all the paper work still at home (I am away working). A casio would have been more reliable.
I guess my only option is to send it to an Omega dealer and hope it doesn't cost a fortune to fix but I would be very interested in hearing from anyone having a similar problem or suggestions here. Thanks
