Old Omega watch

I recently came into posession of an Omega that my mom bought for my Dad in 1968-69. It is 14k gold filled square shaped manual wind watch with a small second hand at the 6:00 position. The hour markers are just small gold triangles pointing to the center. The serial number is etched in the inside back of the case as well as a number on the movement itself. (forgive my lack of correct terms in this discription, being a novice in regards to watches) I was wondering if anyone would be able to provide information concerning this watch or be able to direct me to the right place. The backside of the case next to the crown has a tiny hole worn through and I was wondering whether it is worth the effort to repair it. The watch runs fine as is, and the movement seems in very good condition. Not being very familiar with Omega watches, I am sure not sure what other information might be needed, please ask. Thanks in advance for any assistance.
