: TripleLock or Quadruple lock, what ever it is,
: a crown is just a crown. It's worth a couple
: of bucks from watchmaterial house.

: If you expect a Rolex or Omega will perform
: much better than a Seiko or an Invicta, you
: will be disappointed. A watch is just a
: watch. People pay extra get the better
: styling, workmanship and brand name
: prestige, that's about it for luxury
: watches. Please, crown? bracelet? or xxx
: grade streel, they are really trivial stuff.

You know, the tone of your reply and actually replying by condescendingly asking "Is that your question?" was totally unnecessary. Joey asked a perfectly legitimate question and you replied with some rather uninformed and snide comments. "A watch is just a watch" - perhaps to you, but not to those of us on this forum who share a passion for Omega watches. Further, to imply that a bracelet is "trivial stuff" is rather absurd. If I found a cheap Timex-quality bracelet on my Omega watch I wouldn't be a happy camper. Omega makes some of the nicest bracelets I have ever had on my wrist, so to imply that a bracelet is "trivial" defies logic.

I'm not really sure what you were hoping to contribute with your reply, other than to attack luxury watches like Omegas.
