For what it's worth all men's Omega Mechanicals can easily be regulated to well within the COSC standard of -4/+6 seconds. Being 5 seconds fast and close to the cosc limits suggests it needs regulating again. The Co-axial design should be more accurate than convential pallet fork. But by accurate I mean it's less susceptibly to slipping it's timing up or down during the day or week due to owner's personal wearing habits. Therefore once regulated, it should, in theory, vary it's rate less, over a given time period, than a non-coaxial movement regulated to same degree of accuracy initially. To give you an idea of what is capable, my personal 1164 movement gains 1-2 seconds a week (not day) but you have to be a little anal in your regulation adjustment increments to achieve this. So I would not be surprised if the co-axial is capable of less than 1 second a week regulation with fine tweaking.
