I'm jealous and confused!!
In Response To: I'm jealous .... ()

I jealous that ANOTHER Sam has a gold and titanium Omega chrono, and I only got to hang onto mine for three weeks before it broke.

And I am confused by Steve's statement:

"I believe that Omega does NOT ship their watches to the dealer in boxes. "

So, Omega ships the dealer a bunch of empty boxes, and then they ship the watch separately in some other container, and the dealer scraps one container and put the watch in one of his empty boxes?? From a strictly logistical standpoint, this makes no sense at all, and presentation box I got was obviously engineered to be able to cushion an Omega during shipping. Could it be that this is something that is done in Europe, but not in the United States?

- Clueless Seismic Sam, not to be confused with plain old Sam with the deluxe two-tone Speedy
