I suspected that they would give you that "it's no big deal" attitude, which is extremely rude considering how much you just shelled out for the watch. Furthermore, it was their error, not yours, so you have every right to expect them to behave as any professional AD should. Given the watch's age, I doubt you can expect a refund or exchange unless you threaten to go to Omega directly. If all it takes is a new box and card to make you happy, Jared can certainly absorb the cost of obtaining these from Omega for you.
