Sold: Heuer Jarama, Great Condition, at $1,425

I watched this one for a while, and then decided to let it go -- http://www.ebay.com/itm/120841607695.

Appeared to be in great condition and on the original bracelet. Interesting to see it sell at $1,425. The Jaramas seem to be rare, but not especially valued in the Heuer "food chain".

Is the Jarama a "white elephant"? Under-appreciated? Under-valued? Poor sibling of the much more common 1153 Carreras? Any thoughts on these Jaramas or this particular auction?
