Help Problem with Speedy Pro

Hi,

I noticed a problem with my Speedy Pro.

When I run the chrono, the top timer button is stiff. It takes about 4 secs before I can reset it. I have to wait 4 seconds before it slowly returns to the top. Should I should be able to reset it almost immediately?

Any thoughts or suggestions? I think it is still under warranty. I live in NYC. Can I just take it to any authorized dealer or do I have to return it to a service center? Can anyone recommend a good one in NYC?
