Whoa Tom, if you read Ashford's warranty page carefully, you'll note they reference coverage in the "catalog" section by watch. While many of the watches they sell do carry a manufacturer's warranty, Ashford is NOT an authorized Omega dealer and therefore covers all new Omegas they sell with their own comprehensive warranty. Bottom line is that their Omega's are gray market watches without serial numbers. It's just a matter of personal preference in price you pay or don't pay to own a fine watch. To some the serial number is important, to others it's not.
