Even if you don't dive, I think the auto is the better choice. The auto will retain value better as Tom said. Also the quartz will need to be opened every couple of years just to replace the battery. I hate that. I also hate the way the second jumps on the quartz. Give me the smooth sweep and ticking of the auto. Check your email for a good Omega dealer.
