Re: Omega Manufacturer's Service

I have heard a few tales of dissapointment with Omega USA service. The incidences were of watches that had to be readjusted more than once or coming back with case mars or fingerprints inside the crystal. Overall reports are good, but there are exceptions.

Also important to note: sometimes a dealer sending the watch in for 'factory service' will send it to *their* 'factory authorized' service department instead of the main Omega Service Center. So usually it is best for you to send the watch directly to the Omega Service Center yourself to be certain who is repairing your watch.

Have heard only glowing reports for Omega Switzerland's service center.
